American Horse Council

As the national association representing all segments of the horse industry in Washington, D.C., the American Horse Council works daily to represent equine interests and opportunities. Time To Ride was created by the American Horse Council's marketing alliance to develop the next generation of knowledgeable, dedicated horse enthusiasts and owners while also teaching children valuable life lessons. We accomplish this by introducing school-age children to horseback riding and horse care in a safe, professional, welcoming environment.
